New Public Safety Facility

After months of planning and about a year of construction, the Fire and Rescue Departments as well as the Police Department moved into the new Public Safety Facility toward the end of May. Located at 350 South Main Street, the Public Safety Facility is designed not only for daily operations, but to function as an Emergency Operations Center in time of disaster.

A public open house and flag raising ceremony were held on June 5th with a fantastic turn-out from the public, but if you didn’t make it stop in for your own personal tour.
